Nursing Team
Our nurses are fully qualified to carry out a wide range of medical services including taking blood samples, removal of sutures, ear syringing and immunizations, family planning, sexual health clinic, and chronic disease registers.
Appointments can be made directly with the nurse for these and other health promotion services offered within the practice.
Requests for advice on common conditions can also be made directly to the nurse, who will then refer you to a doctor if needed.

Reception Team
The receptionists are your first point of contact with our practice.
Their key responsibilities are to book appointments for you by prioritisation and booking you into appropriate clinics and services.
Our reception staff is here to help you and to support our doctors and nurses. The receptionists may need to ask you the nature of your problem in order that the doctors can prioritize their telephone callbacks and triage system. However, should you not wish to discuss any details with the receptionist, this is acceptable and they will respect your desire for privacy.
